This bill expanded school choice so that a student's income and the school's performance no longer affect eligibility for school vouchers. This legislation states that if a child is elegible to enroll in a public school, they are also elegible for an education savings account. This legislation was WITHDRAWN and NEEDS TO BE REVIVED.
